We aim to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible, but it does depend on where you are located.

Northern Ireland - Free Delivery Within Two Days
United Kingdom - Free Delivery Within Two Days
South of Ireland - Free Delivery Within Two Days
Europe - £15.00 Fee with Delivery Within Three - Four Day's
USA & Canda - £20.00 Fee with Delivery Within Three - Four Day's
Rest of the World - £35.00 Fee with Delivery Within Three - Four Day's
If orders are placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we guarantee delivery by Tuesday. UK Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day. We cannot accept liability where Royal Mail, DPD or other courier service fails to uphold their promised delivery times.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you wish to return the goods, at your own expense, within 28 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. We will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items.
Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance. However please be aware some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils due to their active nature. For your protection we always list the complete ingredient listings next to the products we stock, if you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in the product. However we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange, after using a product if you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.
Please note that natural products can often trigger a 'detox reaction' or a 'healing response' for the first few days of use; you may notice increased redness in the skin or outbreaks. In most cases this is a normal & healthy response and is an indication that your skin is responding to the therapeutic properties of the product. If you would like further advice please contact us we would love to hear from you. All returns should be sent with your invoice (or a copy) and details of why you are returning the item(s) to the address shown on the front of your invoice which is posted with your order.

Special Delivery Instructions
We aim to deliver your parcel to you personally where you will sign for it on delivery; however if you cannot be there to receive it please indicate at the checkout advising us on where you would like it left, may it be the garden shed, your front porch and elsewhere.
